Everything has been provided to make your trip enjoyable, from picnic rug/basket; to complimentary bubble bath; to local cookery books and recipes for Northern Ireland specialities.
The cottage is a perfect base with many activities available in the area including, Walking, Golf, Fishing, Horse Riding, Watersports, Art, Birding Watching, Cycling, Photography, Whiskey tasting, Motor cycle racing (NW200), Milk Cup, fine dining and long sandy beaches.
Accommodation includes; lounge, modern maple kitchen, dining area, 2 double bedrooms - master with ensuite shower and family bathroom. Outside is a grassed area with a sunny patio including table, chairs, sun lounger and BBQ - a safe place for children to play. Tableware is ‘Denby’ with other local pottery including Eden, Donegal and Belleek throughout the cottage.
Local tourist attractions include Giants Causeway, Bushmills Distillery on the river bush, Carrick-a-Rede Rope bridge, Dunluce Castle, Rathlin Island, Portrush , Ballintoy, Portstewart, Royal Portrush Golf Club, Ballycastle, Milligan to Greencastle (Donegal) ferry, Whitepark Beach and just less than an hour from Londonderry and Belfast.

Rates:
Rates vary between £275 - £430 per week
Separate rates for bank holidays & special events
Full week stays only during July & August with 2 or 3 night short breaks available at all other times.

Booking terms:
A non-refundable deposit of £50 for a weekend/£100 for a week is required at the time of reserving the cottage, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival day. When booking within 4 weeks of arrival the amount must be paid in full. Bookings will be provisionally held for 7 days at time of request and will only be confirmed on receipt of deposit or full amount.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you have to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately in writing or by e-mail. If cancelling within 4 weeks of arrival and paid the full hire amount, we will try to re-let the cottage. However, should we be unable to do so, the full amount will be forfeited.
