Old Mill Grange is a high quality 4 bedroom house in the popular seaside town of Portstewart available throughout the summer months. Ideally located accommodation for the championship golf courses of Portrush and Portstewart as well as the famous Giants Causeway and stunning North Antrim Coast.

Old Mill Grange is a high quality, 3 star NITB graded, townhouse in the popular seaside town of Porstewart. Featuring a lounge with patio doors to a secluded lawned garden, well equipped kitchen, four bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests and parking for up to two cars this is a great holiday home from which to explore this stunning area.

The superb 2 mile long beach (Portstewart Strand) with its golden sand and dunes along with the town centre of Portstewart with its shops, cafes and bars and harbour are approximately 25 minutes walk from the vacation rental. Portstewart has been popular with holidaymakers since Victorian times and attracts some 10,000 visitors each year.

For recreation, as well as the top quality championship golf courses of Portrush and Portstewart there are many special attractions to visit and explore including the Giants Causeway, Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge, Dunluce Castle and Hezlett House. For the more energetic the area is also popular for surfing and diving and has some spectacular coastal paths to walk. And for the children; Porstewart beach during the day and Barry's amusements in Portrush at night have always proved great fun!

£50 deposit required to secure booking (non-refundable)

Balance due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival

 

Cancellation Policy:

30+ days prior to arrival - 10% of total booking

14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking

Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Full payment
